A library group study room is locked - how do I get in?

If you accidentally lock yourself out, or find a study room locked and empty; please go to the 3rd floor desk and explain the situation including the room number. The staff at the 3rd floor desk will be able to help you access the room. Note that you will be asked a few questions (room number, number of people impacted etc.) as we record these incidents as part of our building security policies.
