How do I print in the Library?

Answer

You may print from the computers on campus or from your personal device.  If you are using your personal device, you'll need to download the PaperCut application.

Printers are located in the Garden Reading room/Mac Lab on the 1st floor, 2nd floor computer lab and copy room, and the 3rd floor behind the circulation desk. Printers can do double-sided printing, and can also be used to make scans or copies.

Students are given a printing balance of $10.00 per quarter. After this amount is depleted, the student will need to add money to their card on the “miscellaneous” accounts via Student Financial Services. Money can be added through eAccounts: https://www.seattleu.edu/eaccounts

All Library printers are equipped to print in color.  If a patron needs high quality printing, digital copying and bindery services, they can reach out to Reprographics here:  https://www.seattleu.edu/repro/

Printing costs $0.08 a side for black and white printing, and $0.18 cents a side for color printing.

If the printer does not release a print job, requests for refunds should be sent to helpdesk@seattleu.edu, Requests should outline the date, time, library floor where the printer is located, and the number of jobs the printer failed to print.
